The Porsche 911 GT1 Straßenversion is a limited-production homologation high-performance sports car manufactured by Porsche from 1996 to 1999. Designed by Herbert Ampferer, Norbert Singer, Horst Reitter, Harm Lagaay and Tony Hatter, the 911 GT1 Straßenversion was designed to homologate the 911 GT1 for GT1 competition, with regulations stipulating 25 cars be built for competition.
