About the '70 Monte Carlo (100%)
The '70 Monte Carlo is a Hot Wheels model which debuted in the collector-aimed 'Cool Collectibles' (100%) line in the 1999 Lowrider Magazine 3-Car Set. It features movable axles which allows the car to be put into many absurd 'lowrider' positions. It was only used three times before being discontinued. The base of the model features a stylized "Lowrider".
