About the Armored Batmobile
The Batmobile was Batman's primary mode of transportation in the Batman movies. It is powered by a jet turbine, capable of taking the vehicle up to 530 km/h; it is also equipped with numerous gadgets, such as grappling hooks, bomb dispensers, oil slick dispensers, afterburner exhaust and a protective "cocoon" shielding mode where armor plating could be deployed around it as it was stationary.
