About the Blastous
Blastous is a concept race car done in the Torpedoes style. The Torpedo style was a new cartoon style introduced in 2005 and depicts a car in a skinny Torpedo-like shape with outboard wheels. These unique vehicles should perform well on track sets but the exposed wheels make them more susceptible to bending axles. Re-releases of several Torpedoes models have been somewhat limited.
