About the Custom Volkswagen

The Custom Volkswagen was one of the cars released in the original 1968 Hot Wheels line-up. Designed by Ira Gilford and Harry Bradley, the model depicts a modified Volkswagen Beetle with a supercharged V-8 engine in the front, side-exit exhausts and raked stance.
