About the Lexus LFA
The Lexus LFA is a limited production high-performance sports car produced by Lexus, the luxury division of Toyota. Designed by Kengo Matsumoto and Haruhiko Tanahashi, the LFA was originally conceived as a concept car in 2005 as the first car in Lexus's "LF" series of concept cars (then named the LF-A); the name apparently stands for Lexus Future Advance. The LFA is powered by a 4.8L 1LR-GUE V10 producing 553 horsepower mated to a 6-speed Aisin SA6 automated manual; this engine was developed in
